​Our overarching aim at Jimrule Business Solutions and care support services is to provide exceptional supported accommodation tailored to the unique needs of young people aged 16 and above. We strive to create a home environment that promotes growth, independence, and a sense of belonging. Our specific aims include:

Empowerment: Empowering young individuals to develop the skills and confidence needed for independent living.

Inclusivity: Fostering a diverse and inclusive community where each resident is respected and celebrated for their individuality.

Holistic Development: Supporting the holistic development of young people by addressing their physical, emotional, and educational needs.

Safety and Well-being: Ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of residents through comprehensive care plans and a supportive living environment.

Education and Life Skills: Facilitating educational opportunities and imparting essential life skills that contribute to future success.

Recruitment: To recruit high-quality and caring staff using the safer recruitment framework so that our young people are provided with the best care to help them develop and overcome adversity

Community Integration: Encouraging community engagement and social integration to enhance the overall quality of life for residents

Residential & 
Care Home Support

We supply nurses and direct care workers to private and residential homes.

Support

We supply registered nurses to hospitals to help minimise staff shortages.

Disability
Support

We provide nurses, care assistants, support workers and social companions to the community, private and public sectors. We also consider supporting young people presenting with the following needs:

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) 

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) 

Attachment Disorder 

Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) 

Mild mental health needs 

Behaviours that may be perceived as challenging 

Moderate learning disabilities 

Drug and alcohol misuse (mild, moderate, or severe, particularly where the young person is engaged in treatment) 

Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs

Mental Health Support

We work with mental health institutions to provide trained staff to support patients within their facilities. In addition to our support living that consider mild Mental Health cases.

Supported Living

Our supported living arrangements for young people aged between 16 and 19 are designed to meet the unique needs of young people in this age group, taking into account their individual circumstances, goals, and aspirations.

Residential Support Services

Our Residential support services provide a safe, supportive living environment for individuals who need ongoing care and assistance.

Management Team

Dedication. Expertise. Passion headed by

Director Administration &: Finance who oversees company & works with the service manager. 

​

Service Manager: who is the Director Services & Support oversees the service and  responsible for the running of staff team and wellbeing of service users.

​

Keyworker: Keyworkers run the shifts from an organizational point of view; they sit in care planning meetings and work with the service manager.

​

Support Worker: Support team working with key workers to implement pathway and placement planning in line with local authority requirements.

​

Night Staff: Carry out support through the night if needed.

Our service will operate 24 hours a day to ensure continuous support and supervision for all young people.
