Get to Know Us

Jimrule was launched as a direct way of responding to the shortage of manpower in NHS England. According to a workforce planning survey conducted in 2022, the findings which clearly indicate that almost all trust leaders (97%) say that the current workforce shortages are having a serious and detrimental impact on services.

98% of trust leaders also say that shortages will slow down the progress in tackling the growing need for care and the lack of certainty over workforce supply will impact the ability of the NHS to retain staff. Consequently, we aim to contribute to solving the stated problem, at the grassroots and in communities by continuously helping in providing the needed care manpower.

Our supported living arrangements for young people aged 16 and 17 are designed to meet the unique needs of young people in this age group, taking into account their individual circumstances, goals, and aspirations.
